Subject: Call to ACACSO Spring Meeting; May 9-11 in Denver, CO

Dear Member or Industry Contact:

The upcoming ACACSO meeting will be held May 9th, 10th and 11th at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Denver, CO. The enclosed agenda shows several important and timely topics to be covered.

You will find an enclosure entitled "Action Items" that needs your immediate attention. The Four Points Sheraton reservation deadline is less than 5 weeks away. Therefore, don't put this package down thinking you will have time to make arrangements later. Take action now; make your hotel and transportation reservations, and mail in your meeting registration. The number of hotel rooms held for us is limited and the group discount rate expires April 9, 2001.

In the past, we had included the ACACSO Guide and Directory in this mailing. We decided to change this policy for everyone's convenience. The most current version of the Directory will be available at the meeting for any necessary changes. Meeting attendees will then receive a copy of the updated Directory within 45 days of the meeting. However, if you are not attending the meeting in Denver and would still like a Directory sent to you, please return the "update section" at the bottom of the ACACSO Guide and Directory sheet, included in your packet, and we will send one to you after the meeting.

Two important notices:

Make sure to read the insert explaining the workshop being offered on Wednesday
morning from 9:00 - 10:30am. The Car Accounting 101 Workshop gives attendees a chance to discuss any car hire issues in an informal setting. To ensure this session covers all concerns, please take the time to describe issues you want covered using the bottom section of the page.

We also have a couple of surprises in store for you, not listed in the agenda. One of
which is a raffle Friday morning.

We hope to see you in San Francisco.

Sincerely,

Mike Carmichael
President
