You will find an enclosure entitled "Action Items" that needs your immediate attention. The Holiday Inn's reservation deadline is less than 4 weeks away. The number of hotel rooms held for us is limited and the group discount rate expires April 4, 2002.

Three very important notices:

The topic for workshop being offered on Wednesday morning from 9:00 - 11:00am is
"Where Does My Data Go?" The workshop will cover the intricate data flow of industry data. This workshop setting gives attendees a chance to have in-depth discussions on this or any other related topics. To ensure this session covers all concerns, please take the time to submit any questions you need answered or issues you would like to have covered. Topics and questions can be submitted prior to the meeting via email to acacso@gbrx.com, or in writing to any of the association's officers at the meeting or asked during the session.

Wednesday night the association and our hosts the Dakota, Minnesota and Eastern
Railroad are hosting a dinner and light extravaganza to be held at Mt. Rushmore. The hosts of the event will pay for those persons attending the meeting, but guests' tickets will be $35.00 per person. In order to get a head count that will be as accurate as possible we are asking everyone to include the number of guests that will be attending the event on the "Action Items" section of this registration packet. Please include with your meeting registration form payment for the guests that will be attending the event.

Friday afternoon at about 1:30pm the Dakota, Minnesota and Eastern Railroad is
hosting a train ride for all those individuals interested in taking a ride on the rails. The ride will last about one and one-half hours. Guests are invited along for the ride. If you plan on attending, please note this on the appropriate space on the "Actions Items" form.

We hope to see you in Rapid City.

Sincerely,

Judy Petry
President
