Subject: Call to ACACSO Fall Meeting; November 7 - 9, 2001 in San Francisco, CA

Dear Member or Industry Contact:

The upcoming ACACSO meeting will be held November 7th, 8th and 9th at the Marriott Fisherman's Wharf Hotel in San Francisco, CA. The enclosed agenda shows several important and timely topics to be covered.

You will find an enclosure entitled "Action Items" that needs your immediate attention. The Marriott's reservation deadline is less than 5 weeks away. Take action now; make your hotel and transportation reservations, and mail in your meeting registration. The number of hotel rooms held for us is limited and the group discount rate expires October 4, 2001.

In the past, we had included the ACACSO Guide and Directory in this mailing. We decided to change this policy for everyone's convenience. Please review the ACACSO Mailing List and Directory letter included with this packet for more information related to these changes.

Two important notices:

Make sure to read the insert explaining the workshop being offered on Wednesday
morning from 9:00 - 11:00am. The Car Accounting 101 Workshop gives attendees a chance to discuss any car hire issues in an informal setting. To ensure this session covers all concerns, please take the time to describe issues you want covered using the bottom section of the page.

We also have a couple of events in store for you. One of which is a raffle Friday
morning. The other will happen Wednesday Night, where the association has reserved 125 tickets to Beach Blanket Babylon. For those of you not familiar with this show, check their website at www.beachblanketbabylon.com, this version of the show is totally different than the show in 1997. Since there are only 125 tickets available they will be distributed on a first come first serve basis based on when the action items form is returned. With the limited seating, only one guest per person attending the meeting will be allowed. The association will pay for the ticket for the person attending the meeting, but guests' tickets will be $32.50 and payment should be included with the registration form. Due to the content of the show, the theatre has requested that all attendees be over the age of 18.

We hope to see you in San Francisco.

Sincerely,

Mike Carmichael
President
